Our Process
Eris coordinates the turnkey process from start to finish, ensuring that all of the moving parts work harmoniously.
Landlords mandate us to manage deployment of fibre into their properties. We find the most appropriate internet service providers (ISPs) and get the planning process and surveys underway.
Eris then reviews and if necessary amends the installation plan against our quality standards, to ensure the planned route is not only safe, but also as discreet as possible. We gain approval from freeholder, managing agent and stakeholders such as resident management companies, and tie up the paperwork.
Communication is key, so we keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and manage all communications while overseeing the entire installation process.
Safety is also crucial, so Eris ensures that ISPs comply with fire-stopping regulations.
