David Moulton
Managing Director
Dave launched Eris in 2017, having worked with numerous internet service and telecom providers at a large freeholder, where he originated freeholds to over £5bn worth of residential property. Dave's long property sector experience allowed him to quickly grow the Eris client base to over 600,000 homes and counting. He is currently leading several new projects – including a fully-funded Electric Vehicle Charging offering, which will be rolled out shortly.
Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms sector, working for some of the UK's largest operators. He has most recently been working in the digital infrastructure space managing large turnkey clients on network infrastructure build. Simon’s main role is to support and grow the Eris commercial relationships. He will also be instrumental in driving the continued diversification of the Eris Media portfolio into new market opportunities.

Kay can leverage 30 years of progressive experience in management, operations, finance, and administration. She’s been instrumental in getting several start-up companies off the ground. Kay believes that winning trust and dependability are key traits to operational success and has dedicated herself to both. She will be finding sound solutions and implementing processes that will continue to move Eris forward.
With over two decades of dedicated residential property sector experience, Victoria has cultivated an unrivalled expertise, collaborating closely with institutional and private freeholders. Leveraging her extensive market insight and longstanding relationships, Victoria is deploying innovative ancillary income services across the Eris managed portfolio. Victoria is committed to fostering seamless relationships and continued client satisfaction.

Operations Manager
Flora oversees the entire process end-to-end, from initial survey to the receipt of post-installation reports. This means ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, assisting with day-to-day projects and deadlines, and managing relationships with internet service providers (ISPs). Flora has built up an extensive amount of knowledge in this industry by being highly focused, organised and always willing to go the extra mile.
Utilising her wealth of experience gained in the CRM, IT, and marketing industries, Charlotte manages the collation, optimisation, and cleansing of all our data, navigating the ever-evolving landscape of CRM and data management. She ensures that our data is accurate and up to date, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to propel our business forward and allow optimal control of the end-to-end client and service provider journeys.

Alice Reed
Data and Administration Assistant
Alice assists in all data collation and analysis and ensures that any requests from our clients are picked up in a timely manner. Alice is keen to help in any way she can, including gathering and sharing daily reports both internally and externally.
Tom manages the relationship with several Eris freehold clients, ranging from private landlords to social housing portfolios. He coordinates all parties involved in the wayleave process to ensure projects stay on track. Very much a people person, Tom’s business development focus ensures that our client base and ISP panel continues to grow.

Account Manager
Emily has worked in leasehold property for 9 years. She prides herself on exceptional service to her freehold clients and enjoys the buzz of a busy team. Emily ensures that stakeholders are happy with installation plans before wayleaves are signed and projects get underway.
Ioana takes pride in all aspects of her role but has particular interest in identifying the best installation route for her clients’ buildings. She has built particular expertise on the options and variations suitable for listed buildings, to achieve effective installations without compromising the special features of a building.

Drew works alongside our account management team on fibre installations across our client base. She has a strong focus on making the initial processes run smoothly and keeping projects on track. Whether that means initiating first contact with the managing agents or assisting our ISPs through the survey stage, she is always on hand to help. Drew takes pride in being organised and completing tasks efficiently.
Viktorija works alongside our account management team on delivering fibre installations across our stakeholders’ portfolios. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction ensures smooth project coordination from start to finish. Viktorija’s keen on forging strong relationships with our clients.

Head of Build
Aimee oversees our build pipeline. She works alongside multiple ISPs to ensure installations run smoothly and to plan. She is hands on to assist throughout, whether it’s booking installs and ensuring stakeholders are updated, or being first point of contact should anything not go as planned. Aimee thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes it is important to have an organised and positive outlook.
Jasmine manages two Eris special projects pipelines end-to-end, from initial survey to installation. Her attention to detail ensures the entire process runs smoothly and meets our clients’ standards. Jasmine is excited to be working on new projects, as Eris continues to expand its service offerings.
